Lead one of the region's most loved community sports and family venues, in a brand-new leadership role.

Maitland Indoor Sports Centre has been part of the local sporting community for decades, and on weekends Inflatable World brings the families in. We're expanding our team and have created a brand-new Club Manager role to take the experience for our players, families and staff even further. We want a manager who brings energy to every shift and loves being in the thick of it.

This role is for a proven manager. You've led teams before, you've hit targets, and you know how to hold people to a standard. If you haven't managed a team, this one isn't for you.

What you'll do:

n

Lead the team: run a crew of senior and junior staff, plus our umpires. Set the standard, and back it up.

n
- n

Own the floor: comp nights, fixtures, player behaviour and customer experience across both venues.

n
- n

Build the numbers: get out into the community, the clubs and local businesses to bring in new teams, bookings and sponsors.

n
- n

Natural authority: people respect you because you're fair, consistent and clear. You're confident in any conversation.

n
- n

Run the day to day: stock, repairs, maintenance and socials, all within budget.

What you bring (non-negotiable):

Management experience: you've led a team in a gym, fitness club, sports venue, retail store,



hospitality venue or similar.

n
- n

A track record: you can show us the numbers you've hit, such as sales, memberships, revenue or targets.

- n

Leadership presence: calm, firm and consistent when the pressure's on. You're comfortable driving high performance and bringing out the best in your team.

n
- n

Energy: you're outgoing, hands‑on and at your best when the place is packed.

n
- n

Here to build: you're looking for a role you can own, grow into and build on for years to come.

Bonus points:

A sales or commission background.

Experience in sport, fitness or events.

Confidence with CRMs, booking systems and Microsoft 365.

The deal:

$72k base plus a performance bonus tied to the results you drive.

Join our leadership team: you'll work alongside and report to our General Manager, owning the floor day to day. Transparent KPIs, real autonomy and real support.

Better hours than most venues: mainly Monday to Thursday, plus a short alternating weekend shift. No 5am opens, and no every‑weekend rosters.
