Business Development Manager – Property Management n

Century 21 Wilson Pride is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join our established Property Management division and help shape the next stage of our growth.

n

This is not a role where you will be handed a phone and told to “go find business”.

n

You will be joining a well-established agency with a large rent roll, strong local presence, existing databases, referral opportunities and the operational support needed to convert opportunities into sustainable growth.

The Role n

Your primary focus will be generating and converting current property management business across Melbourne’s south-east.

n

You will:

n

n
- Generate and convert new management opportunities
n
- Conduct rental appraisals and meet with rental providers and investors
n
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients and referral partners
n
- Work with our sales team and existing database to uncover opportunities
n
- Maintain an active pipeline and solid follow-up process
n
- Develop referral and prospecting strategies
n
- Help build and improve our BDM systems, procedures and workflows
n
- Contribute to lead tracking, KPIs, reporting and conversion strategies
n

n

A key part of this role is helping us further develop a structured and scalable Business Development function .

n

We want someone who can not only bring in new business but contribute ideas around how opportunities are generated, tracked, followed up and converted.

Who We’re Looking For n

We are open to either an experienced Property Management BDM or a strong Property Manager,



Leasing Consultant or real estate professional looking to move into a dedicated growth role.

n

You will ideally have:

n

n
- Real estate experience, preferably within Property Management
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Confidence dealing with landlords and investors
n
- Excellent follow-up and organisation
n
- A proactive, commercially minded approach
n
- Confidence using technology and systems
n
- The ability to take ownership of your results
n
- A current Victorian Driver Licence & Real Estate Licence
n

n

Experience developing BDM systems or growth procedures is highly regarded but not essential.
