Your purpose

n

As a Consultant, you’ll actively shape careers and create genuine impact for professionals and organisations. In partnership with your team, you will guide clients and candidates through the hiring process end-to-end, operating as a trusted advisor. You will contribute by:

Building and maintaining strong business relationships

Developing an active and passive talent pipeline

Analysing market trends and sharing insights with customers

Acquiring candidates via networking, social media, referrals and key platforms

Conducting pre-screening, technical and cultural assessments, and reference checks

Managing all stages of the recruitment lifecycle
