MasticmanSolutions Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced tiling subcontractor to assist with ongoing bathroom and wet‑area tiling throughout Geelong and surrounding areas. We are looking for a reliable tradesperson who can work independently, follow project requirements and consistently deliver a high-quality professional finish.

About the Work

- Insurance repair and renovation work
- Bathrooms and ensuites
- Laundries
- Powder rooms and WCs
- Private bathroom renovations
- Floor and wall tiling
- Splashbacks
- Grouting and caulking
- Miscellaneous tiling and smaller projects as required

The position is focused primarily on tiling, grouting and finishing, allowing the successful subcontractor to concentrate on producing quality completed work. All waterproofing will be done by MasticmanSolutions Pty Ltd or a third party before tiling.

Experience & Requirements

Applicants must have demonstrated experience in:

- Bathroom and wet‑area tiling
- Floor and wall tiling
- Accurate set‑outs and planning
- Grouting
- Caulking and silicone work
- Tile cutting and detailed finishing
- Working independently to an agreed scope and standard

The successful applicant must also have:

- Current ABN
- Own reliable transport
- Own tools and equipment




- Current Public Liability Insurance
- Relevant tiling experience
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively

Work & Payment

Subcontractor rates will be discussed based on experience, capability and the type of work being undertaken (mainly bathrooms and wet areas). Payment terms are generally 2–4 weeks, depending on the individual project, completion date and the applicable payment cycle.
