Cook Recruitment Services are currently recruiting a Site Manager role for a growing mid tier builder who deliver commercial projects up to $20m in value. The initial project will be a $7m commercial building on the north side of Brisbane.

Our client is a privately owned, financially stable builder based close to Brisbane CBD. The company is built on repeat business, and over 90% of their project pipeline for 2026 and 2027 is from repeat clients. They are now looking to add a new Site Manager to their team, initially to deliver a $7m commercial projects on the north side of Brisbane.
Description n
n
- Day to day management and coordination of sub-contractors on site
n
- Ensuring a safe site at all times
n
- Quality control and defect minimisation
n
- Working closely with the Project Manager to ensure project deadlines are met
n
Profile nn
- QBCC Site Supervisor licence (or ability to obtain one at relatively short notice)
n
- Good level of computer literacy (Procore preferred but not critical)
n
- Trade background preferred (carpentry)
n
- Track record of delivering commercial or residential projects in the $5-20m range
n

- A competitive salary, expected to be in the range of $170-190k + super (subject to experience/skill level)
