Job Description

Edgewater Homes Pty is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator on a full time parental cover contract based at our Smeaton Grange office. You will join the Completed Homes Team to coordinate processes, keep records, and deliver a seamless post-construction customer experience.

You will work across teams, respond to homeowner inquiries, and support warranty-related activities to ensure timely, quality outcomes.
