nWhat You Will Be Doing n

- Provide support across hardware, software, Microsoft 365, printing, mobile devices, and connectivity issues.
n
- Act as the first point of contact for incidents, service requests, and user enquiries.
n
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, and peripheral-related issues.
n
- Support device provisioning, deployment, and onboarding activities.
n
- Maintain asset registers, device inventories, and stock levels.
n
- Assist with endpoint management and user access administration.
n




- Work closely with a remote IT team to ensure a high level of service delivery across the business.
n
- Escalate complex issues when required and follow through to resolution.
n

About You nn
- 2+ years' experience in an IT Support, Service Desk, Desktop Support, or similar role.
n
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
n
- Experience supporting end users in a corporate setting.
n
- Familiarity with device deployment, onboarding, and endpoint management.
n
- Exposure to technologies such as: n n
- Microsoft Intune
n
- Windows Autopilot
n
- SharePoint Online
n
- OneDrive
n
- Microsoft Teams
n

n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
n
- Well organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
n
- A genuine passion for technology and helping users.
