About The Role n

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all horticultural activities and site operations at. In this role, you will lead and support a team of 2–3 Team Members, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency.

n

Based in Berrimah at Haileybury Rendall Private school , you will work within the school grounds and provide superior on-site amenities and a well-maintained environment.

Responsibilities Include n

- Oversee the team's on-site activities to ensure effective and safe operations.
n
- Assist in developing and implementing safe work practices, fostering a culture of safety within the team.
n
- Weekly & Monthly report writing and stakeholder updates
n
- Participate in performance reviews to provide feedback and support the professional growth of team members.
n
- Proactively raise any workplace health and safety (WHS) issues to the State Manager or WHS Advisor for timely resolution.
n
- Actively participate in scheduled toolbox meetings to discuss safety updates, share insights, and address concerns.
n




- Conduct regular WHS inspections to identify potential hazards and promptly report findings to relevant stakeholders.
n

About You nn
- Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens
n
- Valid White Card
n
- Valid Working With Children Check & Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Valid Drivers' license
n
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with demonstrated ability to motivate and develop team members.
n
