Due to new projects won by TLCC, we are looking for an experienced Maintenance Team Leader to lead our Inner City suburbs (West End - Greenslopes region).

n
nDuties and Responsibilities n
n

n
n
- Lead 1- 2 Maintenance Technicians.
n
n
- Mow, edge and fertilize lawns.
n
n
- Weeding and mulching.
n
n
- Trimming of hedges, shrubs and small trees.
n
n
- Remove dead, damagedor unwanted trees and plants.
n
n
- Plant tube stock, plants and trees.
n
n
- Water lawns, landscapes and gardens as required.
n
n
- Understanding of basic Irrigation controllers and minor repairs.
n
n

n
nCompetencies/Qualifications n
n

n
n
- Minimum 3 years experience working as a Team Leader/Supervisor in the landscape maintenance sector.
n
n




- MR Licence (preferred but not mandatory).
n
n
- Certificate III in Parks & Gardens (desirable).
n
n
- First Aid/CPR Certified (current).
n
n
- Have previous experience in a Supervisory role, strong work ethic & an effective communicator.
n
n
- ACDC Licence.
n
n
