Junior Site Supervisor / Leading Hand | Luxury Residential Location: Northern Beaches / Lower North ShoreSalary: Up to $140k +

The Role n

n
- Support the day-to-day running of high-end residential projects
n
- Coordinate and manage trades and subcontractors on site
n
- Assist with short-term programming and sequencing of works
n
- Maintain a strong focus on quality, finishes and programme
n
- Read and interpret construction drawings
n
- Assist with site safety, inductions and compliance
n
- Complete site inspections, mark-ups and QA
n
- Work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager
n
- Help drive the project through to successful completion
n

About You nn
- Experience as a Leading Hand or Junior Site Supervisor
n
- Experience working for a residential builder or head contractor
n
- Strong understanding of construction methodology and sequencing
n
- Comfortable coordinating multiple trades on site
n
- Good eye for detail and quality finishes
n
- Solid communication and organisation skills
n
- Exposure to Procore, HammerTech, Plexa or 1Breadcrumb
n
- Looking for a long-term opportunity with progression into a Site Supervisor / Foreman position
