We are looking for a full-time Service Technician to join our Shepparton team.
n
n
This is a great opportunity for a trade-qualified technician who enjoys variety in their day, takes pride in their work, and wants to work across a range of equipment including forklifts, elevated work platforms and Kärcher professional cleaning equipment.
n
nAbout the role n
n
You will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing and repairing a wide range of equipment, carrying out scheduled maintenance and breakdown work, and helping ensure our customers receive prompt, reliable service.
n
n
The role offers a mix of workshop and field service work, so it will suit someone who is hands-on, mechanically minded and comfortable working independently.
n
nKey responsibilities n
n
n
n
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to forklifts, EWP’s and Kärcher professional cleaning equipment
n
n
- Perform scheduled servicing, maintenance and breakdown work
n
n
- Carry out workshop and field service work as required
n
n
- Complete job cards, service reports and related paperwork accurately
n
n
- Identify parts requirements and communicate with the parts and service team
n
n
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment
n
n
- Represent LTS professionally when dealing with customers on site and in the workshop
n
n
- Work in line with company procedures and safety requirements
n
n
n
nAbout you n
n
n
n
- Trade qualified in Automotive, Diesel, Mechanical, Electrical or similar
n
n
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills across hydraulic, mechanical and electrical systems
n
n
- Experience working on forklifts, access equipment, cleaning equipment or similar machinery would be highly regarded
n
n
- Able to work independently and manage jobs efficiently
n
n
- Practical, reliable and safety focused
n
n
- Good communication skills and a strong customer service attitude
n
n
- Tickets/licences advantageous
n
n
- EWP ticket
n
n
- MR licence
n
n
n
