Job Description

Allianz is seeking a Return to Work Specialist for a 12-month contract in Charlestown. You will lead injury management programs to help achieve Return to Work and Customer Satisfaction targets, while supporting Claims Operation with expert guidance.

The role requires extensive injury management experience, regulatory awareness, and robust stakeholder and coaching skills to drive improvements and sustainable outcomes.
