Job Description

Commonwealth Bank is seeking an Executive Manager, Adoption & Measure to own readiness, behaviour change, leader enablement and ongoing adoption of HR AI and digital People experiences. You will measure journey health, translate evidence into actions, and drive adoption across major HR AI launches.

Leading a 5–6 person team, you’ll partner with Product, Content Design and enterprise communications to deliver trusted, friction-free AI-enabled experiences for a workforce of 50,000+ employees.
