Job Description

Mantel, an Australian-owned IT Qualified Services consultancy, is seeking a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to drive high-quality data science outcomes for clients. You will shape technical strategy, lead complex implementations, and mentor teams across AI/ML initiatives.

You will oversee issue resolution, act as a senior technical advisor, and influence project direction while aligning AI efforts with client goals and Mantel's market position.
