- Junior: $80k–$100k + super

The Role

n

Join a respected Australian insurtech delivering tailored solutions for insurers using a configurable platform built entirely in-house. This is a client-facing, technically hands-on role, combining business analysis with technical delivery.

n

You will work across the full implementation life-cycle, discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support – using skills such as scripting, SQL, and data modelling.

What you’ll do

n

- Run workshops to capture and validate client requirements




n
- Configure workflows, business rules, document templates, and data models
n
- Use internal tools and scripting to tailor the platform to each customer
n
- Support system and integration testing, data mapping, and migration
n
- Work closely with Product and Engineering on enhancements
n
- Troubleshoot issues and manage client expectations
n

n

What we’re looking for

n

n
- Strong technical foundation: scripting or coding, SQL, and data modelling
n
- Experience delivering SaaS or configurable software to end clients
n
- Ability to translate business logic into platform configuration
n
- Confident communicator with proven stakeholder management
n
- Familiarity with software delivery environments (Agile or hybrid SDLC)
n

- Insurance or financial services exposure
n
- Familiarity with low-code or rule-based platforms
n
- Work with a proven SaaS platform used by leading insurers
n
- Clear progression to Senior IC, SME, or Delivery Management
