Job Description

Stopgap in Sydney is seeking a hands-on People & Culture / HR professional to support a growing workforce across Australia and the US. The role covers contracts, onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, policies, and recruitment coordination across both markets.

You will work with an external senior HR consultant on more complex matters and have flexibility: an HR Coordinator/Advisor level or a more senior four-day-a-week prospect.
