Roux Investments Pty LTD is seeking a full time Architectural Draftsperson to join their team.

Key Responsibilities: n

- ? Preparing detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for buildings and structures.
n
- ? Translating architects’ concepts and designs into technical documentation.
n
- ? Liaising with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure design intent is accurately communicated.
n
- ? Conducting site inspections and assisting with project documentation.
n
- ? Producing models and visual representations of designs using CAD or other software.
n
- ? Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
n





Skills and Experience Requirements: nn
- ? Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in architectural drafting or a related field.
n
- ? Relevant qualification in Architectural Drafting, Building Design, or similar (e.g., Certificate IV in Building Design, Diploma in Architectural Technology).
n
- ? Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and Microsoft Office Suite.
n
- ? Strong attention to detail, technical skills, and the ability to work to deadlines.
n
- ? Positive communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
