About the Role

This is a leadership role where you will manage a portfolio of clients while working closely with a high-performing team to deliver tailored Tax and Business Advisory services .

You will play a hands-on role in client engagement, technical delivery, and team development.

Key Responsibilities
n

- Manage a portfolio of SME and private clients
n
- Review tax compliance (companies, trusts, individuals)
n
- Deliver advisory services
n
- Business strategy and growth planning
n
- Lead, mentor,
and review work of junior team members
n
- Identify opportunities to expand client relationships
n
- Contribute to practice growth and business development
n
n
About You
n
n
- CA or CPA qualified
n
- 2-8+ years' experience in public practice (business services/tax)
n
- Strong technical tax knowledge across Australian tax legislation
n
- Proven experience managing clients and reviewing work
n
- Commercial mindset and ability to provide practical advice
n
- Strong communication and leadership skills
n
