SUPERLUPO is an exciting new bakery and retail concept opening in Coburg North in mid-October.

n

We’re building a current team from the ground up and are looking for enthusiastic, reliable people to join us for the launch of our new store.

n

As a Casual Team Member, you’ll be an important part of creating a welcoming, professional and enjoyable experience for every customer.

About the Role n

Working alongside and taking direction from our Store Supervisor, you’ll help with the day-to-day running of the store, including:

n

n
- Serving customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
n
- Learning about and confidently presenting our products, including our range of breads, pastries and pasta products
n
- Keeping the store clean, organised and well presented
n
- Supporting the team during busy service periods
n
- Following our service, food safety and operational standards
n

n

Full product and service training will be provided — we’re looking for people who are eager to learn and genuinely enjoy serving with customers.

What We’re Looking For n

We’re looking for people who:

n

- Provide outstanding customer service skills,



someone that is professional and confident when interacting with customers
n
- Reliable, punctual and well presented with excellent personal hygiene
n
- Excellent spoken and written English is essential
n
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
n
- Availability to work both Saturday and Sunday, with 6:00am or 7:00am starts is mandatory.
n

The Hours n

Our trading hours are daytime only, with shifts running from early morning through to the afternoon.

n

No nights. Shifts will be Wednesday through Sunday.

Pay n

The position will be paid in accordance with the Restaurant Industry Award (MA ) .

Location: 111 Newlands Road, Coburg North VIC

Initial Trading Hours: Thursday–Sunday | Early morning to afternoon
