Broking Team Leader - Lead, Influence & Elevate n

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Insurance Brokerage as a Broking Team Leader, where you'll play a key role in leading and developing a growing team while delivering exceptional outcomes for clients. This is a hands-on leadership position suited to an experienced insurance professional who can confidently manage people, oversee claims, support technical broking matters and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

The Role n

As Broking Team Leader, you will:

- Lead, mentor and develop a team of Insurance Brokers and support staff
n
- Oversee the delivery of quality broking and claims outcomes across Commercial and Residential Strata portfolios
n
- Provide technical guidance and support on complex claims, escalations and client matters
n
- Drive team performance, productivity and service standards
n
- Monitor workflows, SLAs, compliance and quality
n
- Build strong relationships with clients, insurers and key stakeholders
n
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and business growth
n
- Create a positive,

- Support the ongoing development, engagement and wellbeing of your team

About You n

We're looking for an experienced Insurance Broker and people leader who brings:

n

- Solid general insurance broking experience, ideally within Strata or a commercial environment
n
- Proven leadership or Team Leader experience
n
- Claims experience and the ability to confidently manage property claims and escalations
n
- Excellent understanding of insurance products, policies and compliance
n
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
n
- The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of service
n
- A genuine passion for mentoring, coaching and developing people
n
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
