Job Description

EVT Limited's Rydges Port Macquarie is hiring a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations across restaurant, bar, room service and events, delivering consistently excellent guest service with a team that operates safely and efficiently.

You’ll supervise shifts, coach casual and permanent staff, and step in on the floor during service, bringing a hands-on leadership style, solid communication, and a passion for hospitality.
