The York by Swiss-Belhotel International – Sydney CBD NSW

Key responsibilities n

Balance and reconcile daily shift logs, credit card transactions, and departmental revenues

n

Night auditor to close out the business day in the Property Management System (Protel Air )

n

Welcome check-ins and process check-outs

n

Handle day or overnight guest requests with a warm, helpful attitude

n

Prepare, verify, and distribute daily financial and operational reports to management

n

Conduct routine security walks of the property

n

Ensure all entrance points are secure

n

Act as the main point of contact for any emergencies

About you n

Absolute availability and willingness to work consistent shifts and overnight shifts for night auditor,



including weekends and public holidays

n

Solid attention to detail with basic bookkeeping or math skills

n

Proficiency with computers

n

Experience with hotel systems (e.g. Protel Air) is an added bonus

n

Comfortable working alone with minimal supervision

n

Previous hotel front desk, night audit, or retail/hospitality cash-handling experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
