Reitsma is currently seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals who are currently enrolled as third or fourth-year students of Construction Management at a University

The Cadet Program is a paid two-year contract opportunity for individuals to gain hands-on experience and career development within a structured program complementing their studies. It consists of 8-month rotations in the key departments of estimating, project delivery and site management.
