Job Description

Svitla Systems, Inc. in Sydney is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant for a full time hybrid role (40 hours per week). The role focuses on design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow ITSM, Service Design, and Now Assist capabilities.

You will work under senior architects to implement ITIL-aligned processes, configure CMDB, Service Catalog, SLAs, and work with Now Assist, testing, documentation, and user training.
