This role will afford you flexible and hybrid arrangements, with the opportunity to travel across NSW's diverse landscapes. From bustling metropolitan clubs to charming regional venues – deliver compliance support and services that empower our members to focus on what they do best: bringing communities together.

Leading Compliance Excellence

n

Transform compliance from burden to advantage by coordinating a team of Compliance Assurance Leads to deliver a range of assurance and training services

n

Develop and improve our compliance methodologies, ensuring they remain cutting-edge, member-focused and grounded in best practice

n

Be the trusted voice members turn to for compliance guidance and solutions

n

Be known across the industry by contributing to publications and regional meetings

n

Deliver engaging compliance training covering responsible gambling, licensing, and AML/CTF requirements

n

Own and maintain compliance training packages to ensure their currency

n

Ensure consistency and competency across all facilitators of the compliance training programs

Your Background:

Industry experience in either clubs, pubs, casinos, or relevant regulatory environments - highly valued but not essential for an exceptional candidate

Proven track record in delivering hospitality compliance frameworks

n

Valid driver's licence for NSW travel adventures - Company vehicle is provided
