Red Rooster Geelong is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead on-shift operations, uphold our brand standards, train and motivate the crew, and ensure rapid, friendly service. You will manage peak periods, supervise food preparation, and safeguard quality and safety while presenting a clean, well-run restaurant.
