YOUR ROLE

n

As a KEY player in this LEGAL KNOWLEDGE team (being led and mentored by a top calibre Legal Knowledge Manager), you will support partners/lawyers in the Commercial Litigation team:

n

Keep abreast of changes in legislation/case law ;

n

Provide updates/training/legal education to partners/lawyers;

n

Conduct file audits/matter reviews ;

n

Create+update precedents and firm’s knowledge repositories/intranet/internet ;

n

Liaise with Client Services+IT teams to develop various legal technology platforms eg ediscovery and other automation platforms.

WHO YOU ARE

n

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

n

n
- Are an admitted lawyer +have minimum 5+ years’ experience (no maximum seniority limit) in commercial litigation (preferably also with some insolvency litigation experience);
n
- have strong legal drafting skills+ high attention to detail ;
n
- have had some experience in OR at least a keen interest in knowledge sharing/precedent development+legal technology applications;
n
- are seeking a refreshing alternative legal career path .
