About the Role:

n

You will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of bulk style catering to a high standard. Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver excellent service.

Proven experience in a professional kitchen, with a passion for preparing high-quality meals

n

Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

n

Ability to work efficiently under pressure, maintaining high standards of food quality

n





Professional attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service to camp residents

Location and Details:

n

Location and Point of Hire: Drive in/ Drive Out or Fly in/ Fly out of NSW

n

️ Roster: 2:1

n

Shifts: 12 hour shifts

n

Start Date: ASAP Multiple Breakfast and Dinner Chef roles available on multiple sites

n

What You'll Bring:

n

Proven experience in bulk style food production environments (essential)

n

Experience in crib, breakfast, dinner & dessert production in a remote camp setting.

n

Have completed a minimum of 1 year in a similar role

n

Hold a minimum Cert III Commercial Cookery certification

n

Knowledge of food safety regulations and Food Safety Training certification (Essential)

n

Current National Police Check (within the last 3 months)

n

White Card- Mandatory

n

Drivers Licence - Mandatory

n

Ability to multitask and work independently within a team

n

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

n
