IDSS Bundaberg Hub is seeking a dedicated Participant Liaison Officer to connect participants, families and teams, ensuring supports meet individual goals and promote independence. You will help guide Lifestyle Mentors and ensure documentation, reporting and on-call duties are managed effectively.

This full time position requires strong people skills, organisation and a practical, solutions-focused approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality, person-centred supports in the Bundaberg
