Job Description
Traffio is seeking a Customer Success Specialist in Melbourne for a full-time hybrid role. You will be the primary contact for customers, helping them adopt the Traffio platform, training teams, and ensuring ongoing value while collaborating with product and CS leadership.

You’ll monitor customer health, run check-ins, and identify expansion opportunities, contributing to continuous improvement and a great customer experience. Salary is AU$70,000–AU$75,000 plus advantages.
