Key responsibilities n

- Lead and support a small dedicated team

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the shop

- Deliver exceptional customer service, continuing the robust relationships with our local customers and visitors

- Maintain high standards of presentation, product quality, cleanliness and food safety
n
- Manage stock
n
- Manage staff rosters and day-to-day team coordination
n
- Work closely with us to maintain the values and reputation of our family business

About you nn
- An experienced retail, hospitality, food, or butcher shop manager
n
- A confident and positive leader
n
- Customer-focused and genuinely enjoy interacting with people
n
- Organised, reliable and able to work independently
n




- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentCommercially minded, with an understanding of stock, sales and margins
n
- Committed to high standards of food safety, cleanliness and presentation
n
- Friendly and approachable, with the ability to build relationships with both locals and visitors
n
- Practical and hands-on
n
- Butchery or meat industry experience is preferred, but not essential
n
