n About the Role

n

The Spare Parts Interpreter is responsible for accurately identifying, pricing, and supplying parts to our technicians and external customers, ensuring efficient support for the Sydney Branch operations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities: n

n
- Interpret and supply parts for a wide range of equipment including forklifts, skid steer loaders, track loaders, tow tugs, elevated work platforms (EWPs), excavators, and sweeper/scrubbers
n
- Provide accurate pricing, parts information, and technical support to the sales and service teams
n
- Respond to customer enquiries, identify required parts, and coordinate timely dispatch
n
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and outstanding purchase orders
n
- Support workshop technicians with parts requests as required
n
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested
n

Skills and Experience: nn
- Strong Customer service skills
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
- Excellent telephone manner
n
- Excellent administration skills
n
- Intermediate level computer literacy skills in Microsoft Office applications
n

Qualifications & Requirements: nn
- Certificate III in Automotive Sales (desirable)
n




- Valuable knowledge of Toyota parts (desirable)
n
- Previous experience as a parts interpreter within the material handling industry or similar
n
- Previous experience with M3 (or SAP similar) systems
n
