WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

n

We are looking for candidates who are ready to immerse themselves into our recruitment processes, frameworks and systems to learn how to be a top recruiter in their market. This is a fast-paced and sales driven environment, no two days are the same but some of your key responsibilities will include:

n

- Learning how to use our key technologies including LinkedIn Recruiter, Mercury, Indeed and more.
n
- Developing commercial awareness of the market you are working within, actively generating new business through client outreach over the phone / digitally.
n




- Working alongside Directors and Senior team members to source candidates for active vacancies.
n
- Administration including prepping resumes, submitting candidates for vacancies, sending placement confirmations in line with our CRM compliance checks.
n
- Building your professional network through social media and actively marketing through these channels
n
- Developing your skills and understanding with a view to becoming a 360° recruitment consultant
n

n

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

n

n
- Right to work in Australia (sponsorship is not available for this position)
n
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced KPI driven environment
n
- Strong negotiation and client control skills are also necessary, as well as the ability to generate leads and create content for social media management.
n
- Excellent communication and time management skills
n
- A strong work ethic and ambition to drive success for yourself and your wider team
n
- Ability to use our core systems and working frameworks (previous experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Mercury, Broadbean, OneUp Sales, Indeed etc. is advantageous but full training will also be given)
n
- This is a full-time office based position, all candidates will need to be able to commute and work daily from our Sydney HQ
n
