Remote Itinerary Specialist

What You’ll Do: n

- Create and manage customized travel itineraries for vacations, cruises, resorts, tours, and group travel
n
- Coordinate reservations for flights, hotels, transportation, and travel experiences
n
- Review booking confirmations and travel documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
n
- Communicate with clients to gather travel preferences and provide itinerary updates
n
- Research destinations, accommodations, and travel options based on client needs
n
- Monitor reservation changes, travel schedules, and outstanding booking items
n
- Maintain organized digital records and client documentation
n
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel
n
