- Serve as the key point of contact for clients in the portfolio

- Service clients’ media requirements end to end across all formats
n

- Alert clients to relevant media items as they happen
n
n
- Collaborate with account management and sales teams to understand client needs
n
n
- Regularly contact clients and provide solutions for their communications requirements
n
n
- Monitor breaking news and alert clients to relevant media issues
n
n
- Retain and develop a portfolio of government, automotive, and higher education clients
n
n
- Deliver insights, advice, and industry intelligence supporting clients’ communications objectives
n

- Media savvy with a genuine interest in news and current affairs
n

- Ability to identify issues important to clients
n

- Ability to build and develop meaningful client relationships

- Ability to think on your feet, prioritise, and multitask in high-pressure situations

- Excellent team player comfortable in a quick-paced environment
n

- Problem-solving ability to identify potential client issues

- Previous experience in a client success or customer service environment is desirable
n

- Excellent command of English
n

- Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid work visa holder not requiring sponsorship, with at least 1.5 to 2 years of visa validity remaining
