Job Description

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Manager in Training (MIT) to support retail store operations and prepare for future leadership opportunities. This structured 90‑day program includes training modules, leadership demonstrations, and a formal evaluation, with potential promotion to Store Manager within proximity of training location.

Key duties include daily store operations, customer engagement to drive sales, and participating in merchandising and tire service tasks.
