We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day factory floor operations at a busy manufacturing and fabrication facility based in Pendle Hill.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will lead and supervise a fabrication team, coordinate daily production activities, and ensure jobs are completed safely, accurately and on time.

You will be responsible for allocating daily tasks, monitoring production schedules, maintaining quality standards and ensuring the factory floor remains clean, organised and compliant with workplace health and safety requirements.

You will be responsible for allocating daily tasks, monitoring production schedules, maintaining quality standards and ensuring the factory floor remains clean, organised and compliant with workplace health and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities n

- Lead, supervise and support the fabrication team on the factory floor.
n
- Allocate daily tasks and coordinate workloads to meet production schedules.
n




- Monitor production targets and ensure jobs are completed on time.
n
- Coordinate with the Production Manager and Planner regarding job priorities and scheduling.
n
- Ensure production orders, drawings and required materials are available before work begins.
n
- Check completed work for quality, accuracy and compliance with specifications.
n
- Identify and report quality issues and production discrepancies.
n
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe factory environment.
n
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures.
n
- Record production output, labor hours and material usage accurately.
n
- Report job progress and completion to management.
n
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and more efficient workflows.
n

What We're Looking For nn
- Minimum 5 years of production or fabrication experience.
n
- Proven experience leading and supervising a factory or fabrication team.
n
- Trade qualification or strong hands-on fabrication background.
n
- Textile fabrication experience is preferred.
n
- Solid understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
n
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and job specifications.
n
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
n
- Basic ERP or production management system experience.
n
- Strong organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
n
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet production deadlines.
n
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong focus on quality and teamwork.
n

What's on Offer? nn
- $45 per hour

- Full-time, ongoing opportunity.

- Monday to Friday, 6:30am - 3:00pm.
