Job Description

First Aid Pro is a nationally accredited Registered Training Organisation, part of a group of education, health and training brands operating multiple websites across Australia. We're seeking a full-time Senior SEO Specialist to join our Marketing team onsite at our Southport office . This is not a remote or hybrid position, and we're only able to consider candidates based on the Gold Coast or willing to relocate at their own expense.

In this strategic and hands-on role, you'll develop and implement SEO strategies that drive organic traffic, improve visibility and support digital growth across a large website portfolio. You'll have genuine ownership of strategy and execution, including the opportunity to shape how we approach emerging AI-driven search (GEO/AEO).

Key responsibilities

n

Develop and execute national and local SEO strategies across a portfolio of websites and brands

n

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and search intent mapping to inform content and optimisation strategy

n

Run technical SEO audits and oversee implementation of fixes to improve rankings and user experience

n

Manage crawlability, indexation, site architecture, internal linking and Core Web Vitals

n

Lead GEO, AEO and AI-optimised search initiatives, and trial strategies that improve visibility in AI-powered search experiences

n

Develop content strategies aligned with search demand, user intent and business goals

n

Manage Local SEO across multiple training locations and brands,



including Google Business Profiles and local citations

n

Partner with developers on scalable and programmatic SEO projects

n

Monitor performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Semrush and Ahrefs; report on SEO performance across all brands

n

Use AI-assisted workflows to scale research, audits and reporting; build dashboards and automations where helpful

n

Mentor junior team members on SEO methodology and best practice

n

Stay current with algorithm updates, industry trends and emerging SEO technology

n

What we're looking for

n

5+ years of professional SEO experience, including time in a senior role, with a proven track record of improving organic rankings and qualified traffic

n

Advanced proficiency with tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, GA4, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console

n

Hands-on experience with WordPress and Elementor

n

Strong technical problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into action

n

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

n

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
