The Role n

As a Commercial Property Manager, you'll be responsible for a clean and well-supported portfolio of approximately 200 tenancies. This is a client-focused role with plenty of variety, where you'll work closely with tenants, landlords, and contractors- without being bogged down by admin or red tape.

- Manage a portfolio of approx. 200 commercial tenancies
n
- Handle lease administration, rent reviews, renewals, and inspections
n
- Build and maintain strong tenant and landlord relationships
n
- Manage arrears, lease breaches, outgoing reconciliations, and reporting
n
- Oversee fit-outs, maintenance, and ensure contractor compliance
n
- Deliver financial forecasts and meet key operational KPIs
n

What You'll Need nn
- Experience in commercial property management
n
- Current Real Estate License
n
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
n
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
n
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
n
