Job Description

Located in Margaret River, BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care in our 46‑bed facility. You will assess residents, develop tailored care plans and work with families and the multidisciplinary team to promote wellbeing.

You will provide direct clinical care, supervise care staff, and support the Clinical Manager with evidence‑based practice and quality initiatives. Adaptable shifts and salary packaging are available to eligible employees.
