In this role, you will play a central part in enhancing the firm's client-facing systems by driving hands-on D365 development, building custom Power Platform solutions, and working closely with marketing and business teams to achieve their strategic digital goals.

- Demonstrated experience with hands-on D365 development within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and customer journey environments.

- Power Apps & Power Platform exposure
n
n
- Practical SharePoint Online exposure and experience supporting M365 collaboration tools.
n
n
- Proven stakeholder engagement experience , with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
n
n
- Demonstrated vendor engagement experience, liaising and collaborating effectively with third-party technology partners.
n
n




- Solid understanding of cloud-based integrations, web CMS platforms, and structured deployment processes across Dev, UAT, and Production environments.
n

- Perform hands-on D365 development and continuous enhancements across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Customer Insights/Journeys .
n

- Lead vendor engagement by liaising and collaborating with external partners to resolve technical issues and deliver platform enhancements.
n
n
- Drive stakeholder engagement , partnering with internal teams to provide technical guidance, training, and strategic application support.
n
n
- Oversee system governance, coordinating Microsoft Wave updates , testing, and deployment cycles across Dev, UAT, and Production .
n
