Northern Suburbs Rugby Football Club is seeking an ambitiousHead of Colts & Pathways Athletic Development Coach to lead the physical preparation of our Colts (Under 20s) and emerging pathway athletes.

n

Working closely with the Colts Head Coach and Head of Performance, the successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of speed, strength and conditioning programs, helping create a explicit physical development pathway from Colts into Grade rugby.

n

Key responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Leading on-field warm-ups, speed development and conditioning sessions.
n
- Delivering and supervising strength and gym programs.
n
- Supporting rehabilitation and return-to-play programs alongside the club physiotherapy team.
n
- Collecting and analysing GPS and athlete-load data to inform programming and training management.
n
- Leading performance initiatives that enhance the development of Norths’ emerging athletes.
