Job Description

Chartair in Darwin, NT, is seeking an Operations & Charter Co-ordinator to join our team. This ground-based role supports flight operations, check-in, and quotations for charter and scheduled flights.

You will manage bookings, rostering, and maintenance coordination, while leveraging HubSpot and TakeFlite to keep records accurate and invoices issued. The position requires solid communication and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
