Role Summary: n

A seasoned Technology Project Manager with strong experience in data centre transformation, infrastructure delivery, ServiceNow CMDB governance, ITSM process management and observability enablement. The candidate should be comfortable driving complex, multi-team programmes while maintaining strong control over scope, schedule, risks, vendors, governance and operational outcomes.

Skills: Project Management n

Project planning, RAID management, schedule and budget tracking, governance reporting,



executive communication and delivery assurance.

Data Centre n

Data centre migration, colocation management, rack/power/cabling coordination, hardware delivery, lift-and-shift and operational readiness.

ServiceNow / CMDB n

ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Asset Management, CI lifecycle management and data quality governance.

Observability n

Monitoring, alerting, logging, APM, infrastructure monitoring, event correlation, service health dashboards and operational metrics.

Technology n

Server, network, storage, backup, security, cloud, hybrid infrastructure and enterprise technology operations awareness.

Governance n

ITIL processes, change management, CAB readiness, audit support, risk management, compliance and business continuity planning.
