About the role

You’ll work with injured workers across Workers Compensation and WID matters, combining technical legal work with clear, calm client guidance.

n

- Manage and assist on plaintiff workplace injury claims
n
- Prepare Workers Compensation and Work Injury Damages matters
n
- Take instructions and advise clients on process and options
n
- Review medical evidence, liability material and claim documents
n
- Draft correspondence and legal documents
n
- Liaise with insurers, medical experts, counsel and stakeholders
n
- Progress matters towards strong, practical outcomes
n

What you’ll bring

- Minimum 2 years PAE as a Personal Injury Lawyer
n
- Workers Compensation experience
n
- Work Injury Damages experience or exposure
n
- Strong client care and communication skills
n
- Organised file management and drafting ability

- A calm, empathetic and commercially sensible approach
n
- Genuine interest in plaintiff personal injury law
