Site Manager – High-Rise Construction n

The Role

n

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery of a high-rise construction project. You’ll take ownership of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on schedule, to a high standard and in line with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage daily site operations across a high-rise construction project
n
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers and site personnel
n
- Manage construction programs, sequencing and site activities
n
- Monitor quality, safety and compliance across the project
n
- Conduct site meetings and coordinate with Project Managers, engineers and consultants
n
- Identify and resolve construction issues, delays and site constraints
n
- Review drawings, specifications and construction documentation
n
- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure works are delivered to program
n
- Maintain site records, reporting and project documentation
n
- Ensure WHS requirements and site procedures are followed
n




- Assist with project planning, forecasting and coordination through to completion
n

About You

n

n
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-rise or large-scale construction projects
n
- Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing and site coordination
n
- Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades
n
- Solid communication and leadership skills
n
- Ability to manage competing priorities and keep projects moving
n
- Solid understanding of WHS, quality and compliance requirements
n
- Relevant construction qualification preferred
n
- Strong knowledge of Australian construction standards and practices
n
