ALO is seeking a Visual Lead for its Sydney store. You will drive visual merchandising, stock control, and floor presentation, partnering with Operations and Visual Managers to deliver an inviting guest experience and solid sales results.

You will lead by example on the shop floor, coach Associates, manage floor set changes, and use reporting tools to seize opportunities in placement and inventory. The role requires mobility, stamina, and a hands-on approach to store operations.
