Revenue Accountant 16-Month FTC Strong Potential to Extend n
nThis established, community-focused property organisation is looking for an experienced Revenue Accountant to join its collaborative and supportive finance team.n
nThis is an initial 16-month fixed-term contract with strong potential to extend , offering plenty of stability while giving you the opportunity to join an organisation with a genuine social purpose.n
nReporting to an experienced Finance Manager and working alongside another Revenue Accountant, you ll take ownership of a broad range of revenue accounting responsibilities while supporting the wider finance function.n
Your responsibilities will include: n

- Analysing income and revenue across the organisation
n
- Calculating and processing rent charges
n
- Managing monthly and ad-hoc payment cycles
n
- Receipting and reconciling revenue
n
- Preparing month-end journals and revenue reporting
n
- Investigating and resolving revenue discrepancies
n
- Monitoring financial performance and identifying trends
n




- Supporting process improvements and efficiencies across the revenue function
n
- Working closely with internal stakeholders across finance and the broader business
n

About You:
n
nYou ll ideally be an experienced Assistant Accountant or Accountant who enjoys a hands-on role and is comfortable managing competing priorities.n
nYou will bring:n
n

n
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance or Business, or equivalent experience
n
- Around 4 5 years' experience within accounting, revenue or a similar finance role
n
- Strong reconciliation and month-end experience
n
- High attention to detail and robust organisational skills
n
- Confidence managing deadlines and competing priorities
n
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
n
