We are looking for qualified Home Care / Support Workers to join our team and provide quality in-home and community support to clients across Brisbane North, Moreton Bay and Bribie Island

About the role n

You may be supporting clients with

n

- Personal care and daily living
n
- Domestic assistance
n
- Meal preparation
n
- Community access and social support
n
- Supporting clients to maintain their independence and wellbeing
n

n

We have casual and ongoing opportunities available, with the potential for regular shifts for the right people





Essential requirements n

n
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing & Disability) or equivalent
n
- Valid Australian working rights
n
- Relevant experience in home care, aged care or disability support
n
- Current First Aid & CPR
n
- Relevant police check and or NDIS Worker Screening Check where required
n
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
- A genuine commitment to providing respectful, person-centred care
n
