About you You will have: nn
- A bachelor's degree or higher.
n
- 5+ years' experience in a high-hazard industry, such as mining, chemical processing or heavy industry
n
- A systems thinking approach to risk and organisational effectiveness.
n
- Knowledge of Bowtie assessments
n
- Solid practical and operational experience.
n
- The ability to navigate complex problems and uncertainty.
n
- A focus on outcomes rather than simply following processes.
n
- Willingness to travel regularly to client sites.
n
- Acurrent Australian Driver's Licence.
